Prefer light food, keep active during the day to allow the body to move and rid itself of toxins. Drink plenty of water, strengthen your immune system by taking more rest at night.

Also, try a spice tea made of:
– 3 parts turmeric
– 6 parts fennel
– 6 parts coriander
– 1 pt black pepper
-1 pt ginger

Take small sips as comfortable.
