I can motivate myself by using imagery, self talk and visualization, but once in a while I like being motivated from the outside. For this reason I am looking for music that has an inspiring message and that speaks to my potential and my motivation. I found this video on youtube; it's a song that inspires me and gives me hope when I'm down. I always feel that motivation comes as much from the outside as it comes from the inside.
