I wakeup and run without shoes.
I eat food with one ingredient and little packaging.
I workout using only my body.
I watch nature, rather than TV.
I walk instead of driving.
I play without spending money on entertainment.
Natural isn’t always best, but it’s often good. In nature, there is little waste. In following natural ways our body and minds become healthy. And we enjoy the true beauties in life.
