Tag Archives: HypnoMeditation: Transforming Fear into Safety with Dr. Marc Schoen – UCLA

Have you ever asked yourself, “What’s stopping me from changing?”. Chances are it is fear – for fear is often the number one reason why change is placed on the back burner. In this next segment of HypnoMeditation Dr. Marc Schoen will be focusing on fear and safety. Fear can be such an obstructive force, and often undermines our best efforts to create change or health in our lives. Fear can conceal itself within our old habits and routines, and can keep us entrenched in the past and imprisoned within unproductive or unhealthy routines and habits.

Yet, it is possible to build safety and confidence within us and to use this new foundation to stretch beyond our comfort zone and create more productive emotions, behaviors, and health. Dr. Marc Schoen will explore these issues, and as in previous HypnoMeditation segments, much of our time will be devoted to a HypnoMeditation experience focused on lessening fear and building safety.

Dr. Marc Schoen has specialized in Mind-Body Medicine for over twenty five years. Dr. Schoen is an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA’s School of Medicine, where he teaches and conducts research on Mind-Body Medicine and Hypnosis.
