Loveability is Robert Holden’s new book. Robert is the British expert on happiness, and this book should’t be missed if you care about lasting happiness.
Loveability goes to the root of real happiness: the effortless state of being loving and accepting to be loved. Robert, as Erich Fromm did, goes to the source. Instead of addressing the multitude of issues which we can create in our lives when we image ourselves as separated from the whole, he goes to the core of oneness. Expressed as unconditional love.
Unconditional love takes us to our natural state of happiness. And it makes more likely for other external manifestations of happiness (relationships, friends, etc.) to blossom. Robert offers some useful exercises, taken from the workshops he has been running for many years, and insights about how he got here.
