Dr. James P. Nicolai works with Dr. Andrew Weil, supervising the Integrative Wellness Program at Miraval. This, alone, was enough for me to be really interested in reading his “Integrative Wellness Rules”.

What I found really useful and inspiring in this book:
– the information is provided in a very accessible, but still accurate, way
– you can read the book at your own pace, because it is divided in short parts. Read as many, or as little, as you can on a specific day
– James provides very lively and profound messages. He can bring together spirituality and science, without getting stuck in any dogma

What you need to be aware of: after reading the book, you may decide to go to Miraval at once, to experience such an effective and client-centered approach to well being!

Disclaimer: I received this book for free from Hay House Publishing for review purposes.

The ultimate treat for the ego: the deluxe spiritual enlightenment for the chosen few. If you are a seeker, what have you been seeking for? For how long? You read many spiritual books and learned techniques. Still, you did not find what you are searching for.

Why? Because.

There is nothing to find. You are like a thirsty person in front of the sea of knowledge.
You drink and drink that salty water! Which makes you thirstier for more.
You are not a seeker. Maybe you were seeking. Maybe you like to say you were seeking. But you are not a seeker. You are the field where the seeking unfolds.

The Vedic calendar is based on the functioning of the Laws of Nature. It is more than just a tool which helps us to keep proper records for the past and to make appointments for the future.

It brings the order of Natural Law into our lives. It gives us knowledge about the Laws of Nature. It tells us on which day a specific Law of Nature is more wide awake than usual and can be approached with more benefits for our lives. The usefulness of the Vedic calendar is in connection with Maharishi Yagya performances.

Through Maharishi Yagya performances we approach and nourish the Laws of Nature. The Vedic calendar tells us about the rhythms of nature. When Maharishi Yagya performances are in accordance with the rhythms of Nature, our lives remain in tune with all the Laws of Nature. This is supreme management of life. In Vedic Civilization life is lived in uninterrupted spiritual progress, success, wealth and prosperity.
