When I am at my best:

Now, please remember that we all already are all we need to be, here and now. If we want to change outcomes in the future, then we can improve further what we are now by leveraging our strengths.

Example:
At my best, I am a loving parent and loyal partner. I give permission to myself to be human, and I also know I am already all I need to be.
