This is one of the best cook books I have seen! The first part of the book has useful information about nutrition, with plenty of appealing pictures and a fresh design. All the Vegan recipes in the book are healthy and nutritious. It offers a great choice of juices, smoothies, breakfast, sandwiches, soups, main courses, snacks and desserts.

CSK gives us recipes for all occasions: intimate dinners or large meals with friends and family. I especially liked the coconut and red lentil soup. How easy and nutritious! I can’t wait to make and try out more of these delicious dishes together with my wife! Ok, she is the one making most of the cooking, I help her with cutting and tasting :-)
